When to ask your friend to be your girlfriend....

So... I met this girl a year back... Let's just say we weren't on equal terms. Then a year passed by and I met her sister then I found out that they were both sisters. So she started treating me like a friend because she didn't really know as well... A month later I was sitting in her spot to tease her... And she literally looked into my eyes kicking my shoe gently and smiling... She was bright red and I think that was the starting point of my crush for her... I really don't date women for a long time due to lack the of interest... Anyways, I started talking to her after that day on a social media site(face book) for like a week or two and then I asked her for her number and she responded like this "Finally, you grew the balls to ask me for my number" and I just stayed quite :p and text'd her all night that day... It was like that for a week and a half then winter break came. She knows about my past relationships and stuff... She calls me a player at times.. I really don't find offense on that because all girls say that now a days... So during winter break I've text'd her often and asked her if I could hang out with her... And she rejected me like 3~4 times... The last time she said.. "Sorry, I've been really busy and I can't do anything for a week or so.." I understood and waited till the week was over and I was passing by her house.. And she text'd me saying "do you want me to walk you to baseball practice." and I responded sure... I confessed that day to her. My exact words were, "Hey, I like you and I don't think I see myself dating anyone else but you." I guess she was kind of happy and insecure about what I said, but she did tell me she did feel something more then friends... I told her I would wait till she's ready... And she smiled and gave her a long hug before I dropped her off. We have been hanging out going home together.. We live far from our school and we walk like 2-3miles to get home instead of taking transportation because we want to spend time together and talk about random things. After 2 weeks we were on Skype late at night and I told her, "I will list a large list of things that will make you smile and agree or disagree with me." Most of the stuff on the list were romantic and she agreed to most of it.. Which made me really happy... Then I asked her a question before we to sleep. "Hey.. Would you rather wait for someone to ask you out randomly, or they plan out on a special day..." She responded with the first one... I am thinking she's really impatient and she wants me to ask her out already.. It's been 1~2 months spending like 10-15 hours a day together... There was never a time when it was boring.. I usually do things she likes and I straighten her hair when she's ask and sometimes do her make up.. She loves the fact that I do things that most guys won't... I know what I am saying is all over the places... But these things mattered to me the most while I was with her... So... Do you think it's a good time to ask
