Why do girls ignore me on Facebook and act opposite in real world ?

girls seem to be ignoring me on Facebook especially on the chat and private message but seems interested and flirty when I meet them in real world,

Well isn't that better!? I don't have a fb anymore for a similar but opposite reason,classmates add you on there but don't talk to you in real life! Back when I had a fb I barely used it so its not like I was ignoring anyone I just like real life interaction better.

well people are busy. but I have sometimes had that too with one guy. they prob don't like you that much either, or are just super busy.

i added this girl because I won't be seeing her around on regular basis like I used to and she checks the message I've sent but doesn't reply and also she seem to be invisible in chat and when I meet in her person,she seems to like talking to me

People are sometimes faking it in real life because of social pressure. Most people, regardless of whether they want to talk to you, will act friendly on some level. If she never replies these are the possibilities, can include one or many 1) is super busy 2) doesn't want to be a close friend 3) not interested 4) avoiding talking to you 5) only uses fb to check thins doesn't chat

Whichever one it is just give it up, if they don't wanna fb chat you then don't message them. Chat in real life.

they probably just don't check messages on Facebook that often. I have a friend who rarely looks at their notifications

Facebook has added new feature which shows "seen" if they saw your message...i was talking to this girl and she asked a question and I answered it and she saw it then didn;t reply back
