How do I reject a married man gracefully?

Normally I wouldn't care about being nice or graceful to a scumbag like him, but since we have to work together, I'm trying to keep the drama on low.

i'm cool with his wife and he knows I know her.that didn't stop him from trying to get at me. We work in different departments but at the same company so how can I get his thirsty ass to back off without her finding out and hating me, and without him getting vengeful and trying to start sh*t because I rejected him?

tell him he is married and you are not okay with geting involved with a married man. then cut all contact with him. if you see him in the hall don't be rude but don't be too friendly. don't be in contact with him outside work at all. no phone, no email, anything. nothing personal.

taking all these steps shows you are reasonable and you can show this to anyone who stands I nyour way if he causes trouble. now if you are flirting with him or close friends with him you better cut it out or someone will blame you too because the fact is he's married.

also, if he doesn't want to start sh*t I doubt he would make a big fuss if you reject him because he knows he is playing with fire as he's married.

just tell him he's married and you don't want to be a homewreaker, and leave it like that.
