This girl rejected me but keeps staring at me in class, do I try again?

Cute girl in my class I went to ask out and I got rejected. She seemed interested so that's why I went to ask her out. She had a boyfriend so I guess that's why I got rejected.That was like a month and a half ago. Ever since that happen she has been staring at me quite a bit in class. I locked eye contact with her a few times in class. Should I try talking to her again? And if yes how do I talk to her again because I really don't want to get rejected again?

yes. get in her 'friend zone,' because since you demonstrated that you have the testicular fortitude to ask her out, you would not actually be in her friend zone - you would be on her standby list. There is a big distinction here. And the better friend that you are, the less interested she will become in her current boyfriend - making it increasingly likely that she will break up with him for you.

However, you have to demonstrate that you would make a good boyfriend. This is tricky, and very subjective. I couldn't begin to instruct you on this matter..

Sometimes you like a guy and would want to date him, but there are things in the way. maybe she broke up with her man, maybe she thinks about what it would be like to be with you, maybe she regrets having to pass you up..i think you should talk to her again but keep it cool. just act normal

Yes.I've had to turn down quite a few guys that I wish I hadn't.sometimes the timing is all wrong

I like her answer. You don't have anything to lose so give it a try. Just act like nothing ever happened. Now if you notice she's annoyed that you're talking to her again then just leave it alone. I did this with a girl who had a boyfriend and just kept talking to her throughout the school year. Now nothing came out of it but then again I didn't lose anything either. Too bad for her though, cause I'm sure I would have married that girl at some point.
