My stomach hurts because I am think of my crush?

I've had this feeling all day today! I've been talking with one of my friends (let's call him K) and his best friend (let's call him H) almost every night for a few weeks for like 5 hours straight... almost every time K has to leave and it ends up being me and H for a few more hours. We could just hang up but we choose to stay and just talk about everything and I listen to him play the guitar...
I've had a crush on H for about a week, but I think I fully accepted I really liked him last night. Originally K introduced H and I a few months ago because he thought we would be a great match, we just were like friends and it stayed that way for months, then we all started talking every night (as I said above) and my feelings changed for him I guess. Since K "shipped us together" he started seeing through me and when H left for a few minutes K asked me if I liked H. I said yes and he was like "Thank god! I still really REALLY "ship" you guys as a couple!"
After all that happened and I accepted my feelings, that's when the anxious stomach pains started. I barely got any sleep that night and I haven't had an appetite ever since then. Now you may say I feel anxious because I'm worried that K is going to tell H I like him, but K told me he won't say anything until the time is right (if H tells K that he likes me) I have figured out I feel like this because I really want to talk to H again. H has been busy all day so none of us have been able to talk. K asked me over messaging some stuff about me liking H, and just that like 3 minute conversation about H got my stomach feeling better.
I know this wasn't really an opinion, I just saw this and wanted to share my story! This also helped me clear up that I'm not alone in this, and that I guess I do really like this guy. I hope he likes me too... ;)

It's perfectly fine, it's human biology/psychology. You have a crush on her so when you think about her you get a little stressed, contraction in the digestive track is one part of the stress response- therefore thinking about her makes you slightly stressed, causing your stomach to hurt.

That's use to happen to me as well...i was never sure if it was because of nerves or what but it didn't feel good at times . I got over it after sometime but now I get headaches lol so no better for me.

Go out and play, exercise or do activities. Don't let your stomach hurt over a girl or you aren't going to be able to get her. Hurting stomachs resort to stress which can cause other problems. No girlmis worth getting a hurt stomach over. I'm pretty sure your crush wouldn't even want to be the cause of you having stomach pains whether she likes you or not!

And to be honest I know how you feel. I can sense tgat you are a shy guy who wants a relationship or want things to work out with this girl.

Possibly you think that you may upset her in a way because you have feelings for her ans you aren't sure how she may think of it. If anything whether she likes you or not, she will be flattered. If she thinks you are weird, she's mot worrh your time and she's a bitch. And through more experience through women, your stomach will stop hurting and won't worry muc

For me, it's not my stomach but more like my chest area near the heart. I won't lie though, for some reason I lose appetite big time when I'm crushing on a girl.

It's the hormones and probably some anxiety ;)

When I was all over this guy in January I had this weird sensation in my chest, it put me off my food and made me restless, I lost 8lbs in 10 days ^^'

When I realized what it was (the anxiety) I could address it and I recovered lol

Lol nice, that's a logical way of putting it. I'll still eat for the sake of surviving, but food suddenly doesn't seem to taste as good. Very odd.

Stupid feels? Nah, embrace it. It's what keeps us going. The ups, the downs, and everything in between. After all, no feelings, no drive, no purpose.

Yeah, it can hurt you physically. No harm there, unless you feel lightheaded. Then you might want to distract yourself with music or a movie and do some breathing exercises.

It's normal, with my very first crush my stomach hurt and I lost my appetite for a week, I starved myself till I saw her again at dinner on our first date and I was able to eat again lol, I lost a lot of weight.
