I kissed my crushes best friend

So basically I've been crushing on this guy for a few months now. We chat pretty much all the time and flirt. He doesn't know I like him and I don't know if he likes me but we seem to be really hitting it off. Last night though I was out drinking with a few people and his best friend kept coming onto me and eventually I ended up making out with him. Now keep in mind I was pretty drunk and have no feelings for this guy. My crushes best friend kept talking about my crush asking do I like him and then he started giving me reasons why it wouldn't work out if me and my crush got together and stuff. ( keep in mind that id never even mentioned his best friends name before this). Well now he keeps texting me, I told him not to tell anyone about what happened and he said it can be our secret. However do you guys think he'll tell my crush and if so will it ruin my chances with him?
