We've been hanging out and are pretty flirty with each other but were not official or anything. He asked me to hang out with him on his birthday...I want to make it really special for him but I feel awful because I don't drive because I have epilepsy (which he knows) so I can't exactly pick him up and take him out somewhere. What do I do? Should I tell him we'll do whatever he wants because he's the birthday man and then insist on treating him? I just feel bad because no matter what I offer he has to drive. What should I do?!? And any other ideas on how to make his day really special are welcome too!

I think ask him beforehand if there's something particular he'd like to do, and if not, then you think of a couple of options he might like and ask him to choose one. It shows you've put in effort, but gives him input too.

Don't feel bad about the driving thing, I know this sounds old-school but a lot of guys like to do the driving in the early days of 'courting' (lol) cos it's a 'manly' thing, picking the lady up to go out together. Not that he'd probably have any issue whatsoever if you were able to drive and did so, I just mean he's probably very happy to drive you!

yes just tell him you can hang anytime and then just give him a good present or a card or something that shows hom much interest you put on it

You shouldn't feel bad about him having to drive, it isn't your fault and he knows that. I think that you should let him choose, that way you know he'll enjoy himself and treat him. But that's just my opinion :)
