Ahhhhh so I finally got the balls to ask my crush if he wanted to hangout. And he flat out ignored my texted message :( I know there's some level of chemistry cause we've been texting each other for some time now. And who would talk to someone there not interested in for like almost two months.

I'm just really disappointed :/

So now I'm left wondering if I just forget him or not?

Don't feel so bad. It's not the end of the world, there will be other interesting guys. His lack of response is not necessarily a rejection either, maybe he's just nervous. I'd break contact and focus my attention elsewhere. Get rid of some of your stress in knowing that the ball is in his court now, it's up to him to pick it back up.
