I said hello and he ignored me?

OK so I thought it would be a good time to say hello since I've been trying to be more friendly and i've noticed we both make a lot of eye contact, I was standing on the wall and he was walking straight past me, I said hey nonchalantly and proud, he turned his head to the side slowly to look at me then turned back around and continued walking by with kinda a serious/mean expression as always. Did I do something wrong? Does this mean he doesn't like me? Should I ignore him when he stares next time.

First of all , it's rude to ignore other for no apparent reason. Even if there is a reason , as long as the other person is polite I see no harm in being civil.
You didn't do anything wrong? then ignore him. Even if he stares at you.

Best guess is that he's shy and dont have to required ballz to step up. In that case, u gotta help replace those useless balls by acting on it cuz he ain't coming to u if u dont do shiat 👌
