Depends on whether she is shy or not. I have been crushing on someone I work with for years now, but am so shy, that I give him zero indications that I am into him. I try but just can't. If she is shy--you will catch her looking at you and she will look away when you catch her. She will try to be near you or in your vicinity whenever she can. There will also be times she "disappears" and you will not see her for days on end. If she has a crush on you and is shy it is so hard to tell because shy people do what normal people do when they are not interested. So it is hard to tell if they actually like you or hate you. If she is not shy then I don't know. Ask her friend maybe?
