Does it matter how my crush greets me when he sees me?

Usually my crush says "what's up" or "yo" when he sees me. If I greet him first and say "hey" he will reciprocate with a "hey". Am I reading too much into how he greets me?

We actually have conversations haha, but when we first met he used to always say hello, then it turned to whats up and now he's on the kick of saying yo. I figured I was but I wanted to make sure. Thanks!

Maybe he changed from hello cos he likes u and thought only the cool guys get girls like that like subconsciously and got a bit nervous

Yeah I know. He definitely knows I like him and he's somewhat hinted at hanging out with me, but I get shy and forget how to act so I eithrr didn't say anything or rambled. I've been trying to not send him mixed signals because for a while I was. I'm sure he is confused by my behavior.
