Why does my crush always look at me after he says something?

Whenever I am in a group of people with my crush he always looks at me after he says something, even if he wasn't talking to me. It is like he is trying to make sure I saw him say something. Does this mean he likes me? Or what does it mean?

No, what he is doing is the typical behavior of a very insecure person.

He is looking at you to see how you react and whether you approve or not of his comment. He is an introverted person that is insecure about expressing himself and to make a fool out of himself.

Should you give him a approval nod or a disapproval look, then he will know that you either agree with him or disagree.

HIs lack of confidence may be the result of a number of causes which may have been leading to him becoming insecure in a group conversation.

He wants to acknowledge that you are there and that he is thinking about you, as opposed to ignoring you.
He may be gauging your reactions to what he says.
He may be silently inviting you to speak and join in the discussion.

It probably means that he likes you and/or is attracted to you. If he hasn't overtly said so, he might be waiting for a signal that you like him.

Because you're obsessed and watching everything he does so it becomes more pronounced. You're paying more attention to that then the other people he looks at when he says something.

Well if he is looking at you every time he says something , than more than likely he has the hits for you as well , so my advice to you is if you really like this guy , make the first move and call him out of the blue and strike up a conversation with him and then ask if he would like to go out sometime , it’s ok for a girl to ask a guy out
