so I work with this girl we both are chefs accept she works day and I work night. well the restaurant we work for got closed down for awhile for remodel and the employees are doing remodel well I started to notice that this chick would follow me around and do the jobs I was doing take a smoke break when I was taking smoke breaks and lunch breaks every know and then id catch her looking and then shed look away she asks questions so do I. one day she asked me for a ride home. So I asked for her # during like the last week of the remodel, so we could hang out outside of work. She said yeah sure and make sure u text me so I have your # to. I did right away. Then 4 or 5 days later i was going to ask her out at work well she left early and i never got the chance so i decided to text her for the first time just to talk to her and i say" hey its a bummer u left early today cause i could have used your help screwing" cause we were drilling things at work she responded well and told me when she worked next. so i then just heat of the moment asked her out for a date i didn't get a response and this was at 11:00pm when i asked. i then asked the following day if she fell asleep she said ya and she might be busy but she would let me know about the date. i said ok sounds good and left it at that. she never let me know and i still now have to see her at work barely tho. i know i shouldn't of asked her via text and do u think my odds are shot to hell now? should i keep pursuing at a later time? how should i act?

She replied the day after we were supposed to go bowling asking me out! So I guess I did something right guess she's was busy or is shy or had to think about it!
