Does anyone know what a "Fluffanutter" is?

I think that is what they are saying... Fluff-a-nutter. I think this is a New England or New York thing. If I understood it was peanut butter and a marshmallow creme. But any kind? or is there a specific type? sounds nasty. Is there anything else on it?

That's exactly what it is. I use jif peanut butter and any kind of fluff will do. It sounds gross, but trust me, it isn't.
