I usually only lick the ice cream if it starts to drip from the sides of my ice cream cone/ice cream bowl. Otherwise, I like to take a good bite out of it to get the full sensation of flavor in my mouth! (Using a spoon if the ice cream is in a bowl). Oddly enough, my teeth aren't sensitive to this until I drink some ice cold water then it stings like crazy! Usually the ice cream I get is way too thick to even suck on it anyways!

To your other question I completely missed, my favorite flavor is cookies n cream with vanilla being my second favorite! I must be a complete weirdo for being one of the only few people here who prefers to bite their ice cream XD
