You need something to counteract the acidity like a dairy product. If you have any sour cream put some in. That will make the stew a little richer and will counteract the vinegar. Butter might work too if you don't have sour cream.

You can add some water which will also weaken the taste.

Did you try adding sugar
It helps cut the acidity
