What a crazy day lol my back hurts. This is the first time that I cook for Thanksgiving

  yes i've been only eating once or twice a day then fasting. Like yesterday I didn't eat after 4PM and then I had my first and only meal around 12:30. I ate that big meal and still full and satisfied and no intentions of eating again until tomorrow. So really it sounds like a lot but when you look at the bigger picture: I'm 6'3 and work out, it's honestly not that big of a deal. In fact I am in a serious calorie deficit XD
