How do you like your eggs?

For myself, I make them simply.
Scramble three or four in butter with salt and pepper. Toast on the side with butter and jam.

Or I fry a couple in butter, sort of scramble them up when they hit the pan to mix the yokes and whites evenly. Add salt and pepper. When I flip them, I sometimes add cheese on top to melt. I often put it between two pieces of toast and eat it as a sandwich.

I'll eat hard boiled eggs with salt when I have them. My wife makes them in a pressure cooker and they peel super easy.

I also LOVE deviled eggs.

At a restaurant, I have scrambled eggs, bacon and toast.
But my favorite restaurant breakfast is corned beef hash, shredded hash browns fried crispy on both sides, and an egg over easy. I chop them all together and mix them up with my fork. Sooo good. And, instead of toast, I'll substitute a pancake and eat it last with butter and maple syrup.

Well I usually like fried eggs if I'm having hash browns and sausage or if I have something spicy that I had for dinner and hash browns I'll make an omelet or if I'm in a hurry I'll make poached eggs and put it on two pieces of bread or if I'm having pancakes or waffles I'll have fried eggs and put it on the pancakes or waffles or if it's Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner I will make hard-boiled eggs kind of in half take the yolk out mix it up with some mayonnaise and mustard I forgive it to calls but just lost my train of thought if I want egg salad sandwich I'll have egg salad sandwich

Scrambled is the best for me. I don't like the yolk when it is boiled. Omlete, poach or over easy will also work.

Depends on my mood and what I'm having with them.

Usually, I like my eggs scrambled. If I'm having toast for breakfast, then over easy so I can sop up the egg yoke with the toast. And sometimes I have an egg sandwich, in which case 2 beaten eggs are put in a small bowl for 1 min 45 secs in the microwave and the resulting "hockey puck" placed between two slices of bread.
