I'm not a fan of tacos. Taco Tuesday always turns into nacho Tuesday. I only use hard shell and I'm typically breaking them up to make chips. I also don't like most of the things that go on a taco. Just the meat and cheese. And sour cream when I'm I'm the mood.

Ones that I've made. I cooked a pork shoulder all day and smoked it. It came out so soft and I made my own fresh salsa with stuff I grew. Probably next to lettuce wraps was my fave thing I've made in a long time
