I've tasted both. Crocodile meat is more chewy with a gamey taste. Shark meat tastes more like a typical fish. I'd eat either one if it was on the menu. If both are there, I'll select the shark.
FYI, both crocodiles and sharks are endangered, with some species on the risk of extinction. So maybe we should just stay with chicken.
Thanks for the mho
Croc in chili is great if made right. Shark with lemon butter is also fantastic. So either.
I've had both of them and don't rank crocodile very highly. Some species of shark are worth trying like spurdog and mako but most have an unpleasant ammonia taste
Crocodile, I never had it. Shark doesn't taste good

I've had both
Crocodile tastes like a chewy shrimp
Shark tastes like a chicken strip that stayed in the deep fryer a little too long, not enough to burn but aylonger would have burned it.
I prefer crocodile
by the way I had both at well reputed restaurants in Louisiana.
Had both, it’s more of a gimmick and fashion thing.
both are really wank tasting
we had a pub near where used to live that did weird stuff like this
I have eaten alligator and it was greasy, like duck flesh. I would try them both and see which appealed to me
I have eaten nurse shark meat and alligator meat. Both were deep fried, I liked the alligator meat better. I am sure alligator and crocodile are very similar. Crocodiles are very protected and rare here in Florida.
I have never had either but would try both given the chance to.
I have never had crocodile! I've seen it for sale on exotic meats websites before though.
I have had shark meat so I will go with that.
Definitely shark
