If you knew you were going to die tomorrow, what would your last meal be?

Something along this line. I just love German, Russian and Polish foods. I am not a chief, but I have a uncle who is and taught me a few things and this meal below is one he taught me.

My own marinated herring in sour cream, yogurt, herbs and spices then add onions and lemon for garish

For main meal a Wienerschnitzel or Holsteiner. Which is a lightly breaded pan fried veal cutlet, garnished with capers, lemon and anchovies, served with spaetzle, red & white cabbage

Then if I want to go go the extra mile. I'll top it with a fried egg and call it Holsteiner.

For the sides would be sauerkraut based Hunters Stew and baked potatoe

For a salid I like to use mixed green leafy veggies and blackened salmon fillet. Then add tomatoes, pickled beets, coleslaw and cucumber salad with maple vinaigrette.

Severed with my favorite beer which is this Black Lager

Spaghetti with shrimp in a white cream sauce, with a cup of lobster bisque as a starter, and key lime pie for dessert. Drink would be water with the meal and a Baileys Irish Cream with dessert.

That's a good choice. But i would go with white wine with the spaghetti 👌. Or wine in the sauce

I feel like I wouldn't care. It would seem kind of pointless to me.
But it'd be a filet mignon steak, no gravy, just cooked medium with salt and pepper. Maybe a baked potato with all the fixin's. Not sure what veg.
And various pieces of cake for dessert, though I'd only take a couple bites of each. German cheesecake like my mum and oma used to make, a Black Forest cake, tiramisu, and a fresh fruit cake with whipped cream.
Oh and a Blackberry Bramble vodka cocktail, shaken.
