If you could have your own Food Truck! What kind of foods would you be serving?

I'd have a variety of types of food. Some comfort foods, some healthy, and some desserts. Most items would be seasonal.

Right now I would offer:

▶chicken and dumplings
▶meatball subs
▶sliders w/ choice of french fries
or sweet potato fries
▶vegetarian chili with honey cornbread
▶rice & beans tacos topped with salsa and cilantro
▶baked potatoes (with all the topping choices including the chili)
▶roasted veggies salad
▶warm chocolate lava cake w/ ice cream
▶German apple cake
▶fruit on top of date/nut "crust" pie
▶variety of fresh baked cookies

Would you come to my food truck? What would you order?

I make my own salsa using fire roasted tomatoes and jalapenos. I prefer mild heat, but I can make it as hot as you like.

• Pulled pork sandwiches on Hawaiin sweet rolls
• Country style bbq ribs
• Giant turkey legs
• Roast leg of lamb
• Cranberry orange glazed Cornish hens

And for the sides:

• Cole slaw
• Potato salad
• Mac-n-cheese
• Red beans and rice
• Baked beans
• Bourbon glazed carrots
• Fries or mashed potatoes/gravy

That's what we had two Christmas Eve's ago and it turned out awesome, we were fighting (not really fighting fighting lol) over who got the last Cornish hen, I won😅

authentic, Mexican, tacos... the best kind of tacos out there... asado, carnitas, canasta, pibil, de trompo and more... and some sick hot spicy salsas because well, that's what people really like as well

sometimes... in some sauces, people do remove the seeds and the pith... the pith is usually what has all the hellish sting so, it could be worked out, I think

Borscht , Beef stroganoff , buckwheat and meatballs , beat and cabbage salad , Russian egg salad. For drinks kvass, water, juice , real espresso or espresso + milk not drip, using a espresso machine or a Turkish pot customers choice. And not sugary coffee with whipped cream just no. As a 13 year old this does seem healthier then average kids and teens favorite foods I must admit.

I'd want to do something different from the usual food truck. No burgers, hot dogs or sandwiches. Maybe my food truck would sell seafood in appetizer sizes... shrimp, fish, scallops, lobster... at reasonable prices. And, of course, cakes and cupcakes for desserts.
