Love em in winters... here sometimes people put a spice powder on it n then eat it... its not spicy but its saltish kinda powder... also here we make cereal of sweet potato w milk n that i my favvvvv

  I peel them, cut them into squares, steam them until soft. Put them in a nice serving dish, add some real butter and then some salt.
  I cannot stand when people turn sweet potatoes into mush - like baby food. Why do that?
