Do you like sticky toffee pudding?

My mom just discovered this yesterday at an English restaurant and shared some with me. I loved it so much that I found a recipe and tried making some today from scratch. Have you had it (if you're not English of course)?

Admittedly I’m English and had it loads of times.

I also cook my own.

There are a multitude of recipes on slight variations.

nice with custard or ice cream

Yes, I love Sticky Toffee Pudding here in the United Kingdom. I usually have it with some nice warmed custard. Like this here, poured over the top.

  I used this one, but only added 9oz of dates and 1.5 cups of water. I also used only half the nutmeg and replaced the unsalted butter and salt with salted butter 😂 I think it turned out pretty well
