How much pulp do you like in your orange juice?

I always preferred pulp. But my wife and I haven't bought orange juice for years. We have seven thriving citrus trees (on dwarf stock). A naval orange, two Valencia orange, two improved Meyer's lemon, a pink grapefruit and a mandarin. All but the mandarin are loaded with fruit all year round.

We squeeze our own oranges and often squeeze grapefruit, too. Sometimes we mix them together. They're delicious. When the mandarins are ripe, we have to harvest all of them or they go bad. So we juice a lot of them, too, and sometimes freeze the juice.

Anyway, I really like all the pulp. I think it's healthy, too.

Bella I buy orange juice on the regular and if it's available I buy the juice with the pulp. There doesn't seem to be an option for varying amounts of pulp, just with or without. I buy the "with pulp" juice because it's my understanding that the pulp is very nutritious. And the thicker, pulpy juice doesn't bother me.

Some pulp is welcomed which is a stark contrast to my view on pulp as a child. I could not stand it as a child due to it just felt as if little bugs were being consumed as I drank it. But now I welcome it and remove that thought from my mind as I understand the pulp is actually quite healthy.

I like lots of pulp. My doctor said it’s important to dilute OJ to the point you can see a spoon in the glass though. Nobody naturally sits and eats 20 oranges.

I like some pulp but only if the juice comes from slow juicer. Pulp from supermarket juices tastes like dissolved paper in orange juice.

A little pulp in orange juice is okay. Not bad, but not the best either. I do enjoy pulp in lemonade though.

i don't drink juices or any sugary beverages, but if i did i would prefer more pulp lol. it's healthy and i don't find it gross, so why not.
