Lol, I think a better question to ask is, “are you lactose intolerant?”

Plenty of people are lactose intolerant and have an upset stomach from dairy products.

  No. As stated in my original comment, plenty of people get upset stomachs from dairy products because they are lactose intolerant. Not only women deal with this.
