I dont cook them. I have someone else do it. But i can always tell the difference no mattter if its at home or at a restaurant. The only time i can't tell the difference is if its pot roast. Chuck roast tastes just like pork roast

No, pot roast is a braised piece of chuck roast. Pork roast is not pot roast, tastes nothing like pot roast. I think you are either crazy or mixing something up here. My specialty is cooking large pieces of animal carcass
