Have you ever cooked with a pressure canner?

I bought a chicken fajita with 3 large breast. Once cooked in the canner oh so tender chicken meat can't pick some up with a fork. After the canner I took oil in a pan and brown them. Hum in rice it's going to be good.

I cook in the canner 10 pounds for 25 minutes

Yes. It's good for beans and veggies which need a long cooking time, but meat belongs in slow cooker with reduced temperature.

Yes. Gizzards, livers, heart, boned chicken in rice including pork sausage as seasoning. Not in a soup form.
—You may be better off using a rice cooker BUT the rice will lack the sausage and bone chicken bleed flavors. “Grandma hanging raw chili red peppers 🌶 with seed add both flavor and heat.-Jalapeños are not a good choice for this dish.
