Yes, I cook biryani, beef stew and porridge with it. Stew and biryani takes a super long time with stove so this cooker is a total saver! The meat is always tender just after 20-30 minutes.

I often cook rice in a pressure cooker and I would use pressure cooker to make other things only when I'm in a hurry. It took me a bit of practice to understand how many times I should let it whistle before turning off the stove and how much water should I put if I want to make some gravy dish. I've made some different types of chicken gravy and many times of green leafy vegetables in it, it always turn out really yummy. You just have to be good with measurements.
I've never tried but seriously contemplating getting a pressure cooker along with a sous vide stick. I love slow-roasted meat but I usually make it in the slow cooker which takes hours and hours on low heat.
As for my evening meal today (morning here in Japan), I don't have any plans but I got some minced chicken in the fridge along with onions, garlic, tomatoes, and carrots. I think I can whip something up with those. Last night I had a Chile Con Carne I made.
I use pressure cooker a lot , it's efficient, I dont eat much meat but when I do I would like or pressure cooked

Being Indian I use the pressure cooker frequently, to make pulses.
I use an instant pot regularly and the pressure cooking takes a lot less time and the food is extremely tender. It's much better than the old fashioned pressure cookers on a stove.
I'm fasting on Green Tea today. The chuck roast and potatoes look delicious. Oftentimes, simple is best.
