What is a famous drink or food from your area?

We have a number of specific Northumbrian / Geordie foods n drinks.
Newcastle Brown Ale - aka The Dog
Stotties - ideally with Ham n Pease Pudding.
The Savaloy Dip
Savaloy Dip - Start off with a soft white bun covered in butter and peas pudding, add a saveloy or two (beech smoked sausages that are to die for) cut in half, launch some mustard on and add the sage and onion stuffing. Finally, finish that bad boy off by dipping the whole shebang in gravy.
We also have Craster Kippers which are smoked herring
Lindisfarne Mead
Pan haggerty

oh and Earl Grey Tea.
Ethnically? It would be Barbara D' Asti Wine
which is my favorite and not as well known in the states. Read here: Barbera d'Asti Wine
or ESPECIALLY the popular Asti Spumante
Locally? National Bohemian Beer. But I've never tried it
the colors of the Maryland flag on outlined around the can.
Where I'm moving to?
Well LA county has two very famous drinks. The Appletini:
AND the Harvey Wallbanger:
But ofc where I am moving is about 50 miles from the border with Mexico. So having said that locally there it is Margaritas and Tequila shots galore!
Cawl is our national dish, it's a simple lamb and veg soup that can vary in quality. Most have nightmares about the grisly fatty cawl with under cooked veg we got served at school. The best is when it's been reheated at least 4 times and beginning to weld itself to the pan.
Welsh cakes are found everywhere but are child's play to make. They're similar to the Northumberland singing hinnies but sweet
Welsh rarebit has nothing to do with rabbits, it's cheese sauce on toast.
The local alcohol is felinfoel which is officially pronounced "velin voil" but we know it as "feeling foul". It's famous for being the first beer outside of America sold in cans
Khaman DhoklaIt's sour sponge cake. And you gotta eat it with local snacks, chillies and there are many variations in this.

I used to live near an In-N-Out. They don’t exist in many places but it’s restaurant quality fast food as they’re all about quality, not quality. I miss it.
Pork roll (known elsewhere as tailored ham), egg, and cheese on a roll or bagel. A Jersey Shore special.
Bull balls. Aka “Rocky Mountain Oysters” they’re deep fried bull testicles served with cocktail sauce.
I remember when I was a kid and my Dad went on a business trip to Denver and told me about Rocky Mountain Oysters. I thought he was pulling my leg.
