Yes I always leave a tip for waiters and waitresses.

However I don't tip at fast food type places where you place the order and pick up the order at a counter.

I usually leave a 30-40% tip, but I only eat out like a handful of times per year, like less than twenty times a year

I don't tip waiters. they actually work hard, they deserve a tip, but I don't tip.
