Waffle fries, standard and baked wedges. I used to love crinkled and steak but they started becoming to thick to swallow. Whats the one called that is cut potatoes but not as dark as wedges? I assume they’re just fried or oven baked rather than deep fried baked? Lmao I don't know
Belgian Fries are my favorite, but Curly Fries are damn good too. They're just really hard to find.
I hate thick fries, so Steak Fries, Potato Wedges, and Cottage Fries are a big "no!" with me. Thickest I'll go is Crinkle Cut and that's *only* if they're crispy and fried and not soft and soggy like they usually are. Same with Waffle Fries.
And Tater Tots and Hash Browns (they forgot those) are fine, too.
Talk about a tough choice! I love waffle fries, tater tots are cool, garlic fries are calling my name right now & as for sweet potato fries if you add brown sugar to them & add a little nutmeg those would be awesome. I’ll take an order of fries with gravy on the side.
As for the sweet potato fries years back a little place opened up by me & I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich & I had my choice of fries & I went with sweet potato fries. A few minutes later the owner came over to my table & asked how everything was & I said outstanding. After that we were talking about different things on the menu & I said I have to ask you a put the sweet potato fries. I taste brown sugar & something else. I thought it was cinnamon & she said close but guess again. I said nutmegs & she said bingo & now you know my secret. Anyway at home I have a commercial potato cutter that I picked up at a restaurant supply store so I made my own fries. I cleaned a few sweet potato’s & put one by one in the potato cutter & with two hands I used a lot of force. Air fried the fries & after they were done I tossed them in brown sugar & a little nutmeg & dam those were good.
I'll take any of the first 9 except garlic. They also better damn well peel them!! It's a pain in the ass to have to edit my food!! THEY are the cookers and preppers!! Therefore, it's up to THEM to peel the shit BEFORE they cook it!! They never serve chicken with the feathers still on it!!
I know but, that's no reason to MAKE EVERYONE eat them! You like `em? Great!! Cook `em that way at home! You're at your job dealing with the public and not all of the public likes eating carcinogens! I went to a friend's place for Thjanksgiving dinner the year mom died. They had mashed potatoes and never bothered to remove the fucking peels!! They just mashed them WITH the peels on so, when they were done mashing them, there were HUGE wads of entire peels in the bowl!! Don't you want some mashed potatoes and gravy with your turkey? Sure! If you wanna see me puke all over the table? What's for desert, banana splits with the peels still on the bananas and the shells still on the nuts? Forget the turkey! Just gimmie a hamburger... WITHOUT the antlers!!
You're so passionate lol. I actually had a roommate on college that made mashed red potatoes with the skin on and it was surprisingly good. But I also don't like skin on fries.

But you're right, I don't eat fries with pizza enough. If you want the best dipping sauce in the universe, you have to combine Chick-Fil-A sauce with Truff hot sauce of your choice. If your brain doesn't melt from delicious flavor overload afterwards, you can get your money back... unless I forget or can't find you. <3
Stipulation - all potatoes need to be made fresh, no frozen stuff. *Crinkle cut * Chili cheese fries, but the chili has to be really finely ground beef, and nothing else but the tomato base (no beans) *Tater tots - a bitch to make fresh, but well worth it when they are done right
Yes, very hard. I typically would like 4. But, if the choice is between poor #4's, and decent #8's or 10's, then forget the 4's. All other things being equal, 1,4,8,10/13, 15 would be my picks. (Flavoring on 5 is too variable, as is 9, 14.) 7's come in a can and go on green bean casseroles. Number 1s from Chick-fil-A are fine. Number 4s from Wendy's are fine. Obvious by their omission are hash browns.

ok its a tough call, but I'll go with 1,9, and 12. typically I like 12 more than the other two cause of the dressing of the cheese on the fries really makes it visually more delicious
