Why russian girls don't gain weight?

Russian and serbin girls eat a lot of fast food and drink beer, but they are not overweight like Americans. is it genetic?

Their fast food is healthier than Americans, same goes for European. That said you should still stay away from it but it's a big difference between American food and the rest of the worlds food.

Anybody who consumes more than they burn will put on weight. So either they are burning more, or they aren't eating it with as much regularity as you think.

I never noticed them eating fast food. Lots and lots of Russian women are able to cook traditionally. 👍
