Baked mac and cheese.
Sharp cheddar, mozzarella, gruyere, Monterey jack.
Make in a cast iron pot.
Make sure you put cracked pepper and italian seasoning on each macaroni layer.
I put chicken breast and smoked turkey sausage in each layer as well.
Then top it off with chicken thighs.
Stab holes in chicken, marinade it in italian dressing over night. Top with salt and pepper over it before popping it in the oven.
^ My ultimate go to and favorite when cooking for people.

I'll also make jambalaya. Rice, turkey sasuage, chicken, corn, peppers and just a bunch of random shit. People go crazy when I cook either of the two.

Yesterday was green asparagus risotto with lemon seitan.
Today probably filled flatbread and gratinated with cheese. We do 4 parts that everyone can fill themselves with what they like. tomato mozarella salad as a sidedish.

Stuffed Jalapeños, buy green Jalapeños or if you like more heat get ripe red Jalapeños if you can find them. Cut off stem end and remove as many or as few ribs and seeds as you like remembering that the seeds are the hottest part. Get either a garlic and herb cream cheese or mic your own. Cream cheese is used vs. Other cheeses as it won't melt and leak out wrap the jalapeño with bacon, one strip around yhe length and another strip around the the circumference. Grill on the BBQ until bacon is cooked and enjoy.
