What was something that you cooked/baked lately?
Been bussy baking bread and making Tortilla de patatas, felt like something different today...🤷‍♂️, always like to cook something instead of buying already "prepared"... enough GMO in the veggies... like to be self sufficient..

I made a lunch for myself a few days ago. Made a cheddar roast beef sandwich on a hamburger bun and put it in the oven to heat up & melt the cheese. Then I caramelized some onions for it and put some light mayo and honey mustard on it. Only thing I'd do differently next time is add a little lettuce to help the small greasiness in it.
