IT ALL STARTED WITH QUALITY CUTS OF BEEF. AND QUALITY TIME.
When Marv Gibbs and Arthur Morey opened a restaurant called Red Lion Beef in Ballwin, Missouri, they had two goals: serve the highest-quality top round beef and create an environment where customers could enjoy a nutritious meal with friends and family.
The restaurant was soon renamed Lion’s Choice, a nod to an old saying that meant you had the best of something. It was an instant success. And in 1969, the second location opened in Creve Coeur, MO, followed by many others around the greater St. Louis area.
The Original Roast Beef. Since 1967.
The recipe for our famous roast beef sandwich is simple: 100% real top round beef. Slow roasted on-site for three hours. Shaved extra thin. Served medium rare on a lightly toasted buttered bun. And topped with a dash of secret seasoning. It’s the same way we’ve done it for over 50 years. As real as it gets.
FAMOUS FOR A REASON.
Along the way, we have expanded our menu to include other quality offerings like Oven-Roasted Turkey, Hickory-Smoked Ham, Pulled Pork and a variety of fresh salads. But one thing remains the same – it’s our Original Roast Beef, Natural-cut Fries and Frozen Custard that made Lion’s Choice famous.
And today, we’re still doing everything we can to stay true to the original legacy: good people serving ridiculously good food.

by the way, here in the Saint Louis area, Panera is called The St. Louis Bread Company. That's because Panera started in Saint Louis as The St. Louis Bread Company. Once they branched outside of STL, they adopted the name Panera, but retained the The St. Louis Bread Company here in STL.
I have been eating at Five Guys.
Taste wise it’s subway and Quiznos but I visit Pizza Hut because it’s located in strip malls where parking is easier to find, which is also why Taco Bell is not a normal hit for me, I have to walk into a mall to pick up my order.
Not in America but “La Cochinita” or (American) Chic fil A and In & out

I wanna talk about the local "Mang Inasal" a fastfood native barbeque. Its cheap and filling, they have unlimited rice and soup and so fresh, smokey and citrusy. Lacks diversity tho but their grilled food is top notch.
