What are some beneficial scraps/food products you can put down the drain?

I know there are a lot of things that you shouldn’t put down the drain, but what are some good ones? Natural or biological products or scraps that help keep your drains clean. That’s what I’m looking for.

Best not to put anything solid, fatty or greasy down drains. Eventually a fatberg will form and block the main drain somewhere.

The reaction can clean minor clogs and such. You might also consider getting a drain snake tool for a mechanical solution.

We have one. We’re not experiencing a clog or anything, I was really just looking to stay ahead of the game so to speak :-). We can’t post a lot, but I really like the vinegar idea. I wonder if taking a small part of the mother and putting it down there overnight would be good.
