When you Bar-B-Q at home, what side dishes do you serve along with it?

I love loaded baked potatoes🥔, corn on the cob, pork-n-beans with cooked bacon pieces and chopped onion in them🧅🥓, cornbread from scratch with honey butter, maybe a small salad🥗, and fruit pie for dessert.

With just my wife and I, we probably wouldn't make that much food for ourselves.

Typical for us would be baby back ribs, organic corn on the cob (two ears each with butter, salt and pepper), and maybe cole slaw or broccoli slaw or a salad.

I DO love BBQ baked beans made with with bacon. And I can make an entire meal out of a stuffed baked potato - butter, salt, pepper, sour cream, chives, (real) bacon bits, and cheddar cheese.

I haven't done it in a decade but, when we did there was corn on the cob, baked beans, salad, watermelon, deviled eggs and some other stuff

I rarely barbecue at home because there are so many good restaurants in my hometown. When I go out for barbecue, I like fried corn-on-the-cob, collard greens, and fried okra.
