Question

As I continue this dizzy diet, I will now be celebrating a fam member’s bday with some Chili’s for the night. Boy oh Boy I can’t wait! The food shall arrive at any moment 😍 I slick wanted Olive Garden tho but I think I’ll try this authentic Italian restaurant tomorrow

My wife and I made some Skyline chili.

You make spaghetti, heat the (canned) chili in a pan, put spaghetti on each person's plate, and pour the chili over it.

I like to toss some kidney beans on top of the pasta before I add the sauce.
I also like to toss some chopped onions on top of the sauce.

Then you put lots of grated cheddar cheese over the whole thing.

She's from Cincinnati and introduced me to the Skyline Chili restaurants when I first visited. At first I was wondering what the hell is this? It's not chili.

But the next time I went back I wanted to be sure to have some Skyline. It's so unique.

By the way, with kidney beans and onions is one of the ways they will serve it at Skyline if you ask for that. My wife prefers it with just the chili and cheese.

Both of us like it so I order a case at a time on-line so that we can have some once in a while. It's easy to make. The only work is cooking the spaghetti and shredding the cheese. Even still, we only have it, I'd say, on the average of once a month.

Just got done with a 4 day primitive camping trip and after getting cleaned up and getting all of our camping gear sorted the last thing we wanted to do was cook, so we went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Normally I'd get wings, but it was two-for-one boneless tonight so I went with that. Half Azian Zing and half Desert Heat. Tasted even better as the first meal with a padded seat, not cooked by me, and in a climate controlled room in a week.

I loved Olive Garden when they were in Canada, I think they shut down all their Canadian restaurants other than one near the American border. I don’t know what I get for my birthday cause my family surprises me, I thought about asking people to donate to Charity in my honour, but then I decided I do not like to discuss my personal life with people online cause I hate attention.

Celery is difficult to eat but tastes great... definitely cut it up small and or cook it or extract the juice to put with apple or something...

I'm having fried fish, pilaf/pilau, creamy potatoes, grilled chicken I probably won't finish today. No woilrries i ate vegetables earlier today.🤩

I had cucumber with salt today. I had pasta, took only a few bites and threw it off in the dustbin. Hated it. Not worth anything!

Hence to feel, I just ate cucumber with salt in a dish. Two or three cucumbers were there.

I had kung pao chicken with salt and pepper chicken and a bit of chilli beef with fried vegetable rice, spring rolls and beef buns. A bit of each so not massive portions
