500 grams of chopped cucumbers salted with a 1/2 tsp of sea salt.
-2tsp red pepper flakes
-1tsp sugar
-1tsp fish sauce (or soy sauce)
-1tsp sesame oil
-1 1/2 tsp vinegar
-1/2 tsp garlic
-1/2 tsp sesame seeds
50 grams of onions
Optional* 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

+1 yI can eat them almost any way you can think of. But, one of my favorite is to slice them very thin and add in finely chopped tomatoes. A touch of olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

Well, traditionally I slice them up with my trusty mandolin and put them on my sandwiches for work along with any more fillings I’m going to have like cooked meat, tomatoes and lettuce. But sometimes I’ll place the sliced cucumber in a bowl and drizzle with white wine vinegar and have them on a home made hamburger with lettuce and tomatoes and burger sauce. And accompanied by fries of course and lashings of tomato ketchup.
