I just got a whiff of Blueberry Pancakes even though it’s 2:21 am. Why do Pennie’s and blood taste the same?

My room smells like freshly baked biscuits. I dumped some baking soda on my carpet to clean it earlier, and then did all the vacuuming and such, but now I just smell a bakery in my room.
