I’m Puerto Rican so you know that we LOVE pork. It’s like we’re raised with pork in the baby bottle but now I stopped eating it bc it’s a disgusting animal as far as it eats anything and also bc it’s fatty. It’s hard to give it up but I’ve been ok so far

lol when I asked this question I meant common meats like Chicken, fish, pork, beef, shellfish.
I’m vegan, so I love animals, not eat them. They’re my friends and comrades with no further introduction.
Is the religious reason that You’re Christian, or Jew, or Muslima? All of those faiths ban eating pork. Many Christians don’t focus on that mitzvah, as it is in the Old Testament (Leviticus 11:7). Some Jews and a few Muslims also don’t follow that mitzvah.

I’m Christian but even though its believed we shouldn’t it pork many Christians still do but I just stopped eating it bc of things I’ve read about why you shouldn’t.
I stopped noshing meat just like that. Animals are my friends and my comrades with no further introduction and I eat no friends nor animals with no further introduction. Try eating raw basic whole fruits. I’d eat 30 organic bananas per day for a week, if You’d ask me. Meat is infamous for the toxic protein, but fruits also have protein, just broken up into amino acids.
I were raised Muslim and whilst I don't believe in it, the idea of just eating pork sounds gross, along with drinking alcohol, taking drugs, etc.
It's just not appealing to me and years ago, I were sat down and some girl next to me was eating a bacon sandwich and it stunk, I felt like I were going to throw up.
I dont eat pig because its too similar to human DNA campared to other animals..(98% the same while cow is 80% the same). I do not eat dog either due to empathy and anything nasty like snails etc
Lol, I hate pork and fish (unless it's tuna). I honestly could probably give up most meats except Tuna and beef (the latter may or may not be because of my picadillo obsession)
Any of them? I'm lacto-vegetarian (so vegan diet milk in my case, not necessarily all cheeses) Why? Because of animal right concerns. Because I don't see why I (or anyone else) have more of a right to life then any other animals. The environmental and health impacts is a bonus.
That's incorrect, pigs only eat whatever is available and are dirty because they're forced to by farmers. When pigs are left to live and eat naturally, they will be very picky in their diet and be very obsessed with hygiene like a cat. That kind of logic is the equivalent of claiming how an exotic animal behaves in a cage at a zoo is the same as how they act in the wild.
I like meat, I had jumping shrimp, it would be cool to eat monkey brains like they do in Africa with the hole in the table, all animals can have disease not just hog? Do you eat lobster or oyster?
Fish and fowl. Fish because I'm allergic. I will eat processed fowl, but the meat of chicken, duck, turkey, and assorted other winged animals feels stringy. It's solely a texture thing because I like the flavor (I used chicken flavoring a lot), and I used to eat a lot of turkey bacon.
I eat all the normal meats, pork/chicken/beef/venison/fish. I don’t eat weird meats like horse or crocodile or squid, mostly because there’s limited access to those meats.
What’s the difference between weird and normal? All of those people do eat with no visible problem. Pork is quite unhealthy as pigs have no pores, so they don’t sweat and the sweat actually goes in the meat. Pigs are also quite intelligent, smarter than a three-year-old human.
I personally view other meats as weird, as they’re not usually available to me where I live. Where as all the meats that I eat, are always available. I don’t care about whether it’s healthy or not, or how intelligent an animal is or isn’t.

I don't eat pork like you. My reasons are the same as yours. My only difference from you is that I have never eaten pork before. There seems to be no other animal that is widely consumed but that I do not eat.
I don't eat red meat anymore so most animals I don't eat. the fact my stomach does not work the way it's suppose to anymore lol but I still can eat white meat sometimes but I do mostly eat vegan or plant based but I am not a full vegan.
Pretty much anything that is not free-range because most commercial meats are usually fed crap and pumped with anti-biotics.

Leviticus diet for me. Don’t eat ugly animals and sea roaches. Animals that eat grass only. Salmon mostly from sea. That’s about it from living things.
It just seems weird to me it reminds of the ducks in my neighborhood at my childhood home they would hang around the canal and come over every once in a while and we would feed them bread
If thdtcwas all you ever ate that's true ss ig is very lean meat and almost 100% protein. We usually have it in a thick gravy stew with lots of potatoes and carrots and parsnips so no fear of starving.
