I have the day off and want to try something different for dinner. I’m making some homemade bread but want a challenge for dinner.
What Do you think I should make for dinner?
Do you like spicy food it's not really a challenge it's just kind of quick and easy really at my store they sell Kroger products you can get their Spanish rice that is very spicy it's good you can get a whole cooked chicken olives onions you can add tomatoes if you like them after your rice is done you can mix it all together cook up some taco shells lay them in a 13x9 glass pan put your rice stuff on top put more taco shells on top add some cheese on top of it I usually add more Cayenne pepper green chilies and sometimes bell pepper when I'm cooking the rice I let it all cook together but then I bake it for 20 minutes on 350 take it out as avocado sour cream if you like but it's really good

Tiktok pasta is very easy. Grape tomatoes, brick of feta, basil, garlic, lemon and I add chicken breast filet.
Start boiling pasta I use bow tie. Put tomatoes in pan drizzle with olive oil. Break up the feta and mix with tomatoes. Zest lemon & squeeze juice over contents. Dice fresh garlic sprinkle over tomatoes, then add salt/pepper. Cook chicken separately if you’re adding that
Roast it until tomatoes look cooked I usually do 420 for like 15min. Then take it out and mix it together & return to oven this time broil it for 5-10.
Mix in you pasta and chicken put fresh basil on top.

I don't know if this qualifies as a challenge, but you can try this tonight (as a side, anyway) or maybe for Thanksgiving in three months:
The Best Part Of Thanksgiving: Stuffing! 👍
You can also try chicken cutlets in a honey mustard white wine breadcrumb glaze/batter (instead of an egg and flour batter). They can be done right in the oven on a tray (just flip them when they're halfway done), and just pour the rest of the glaze/batter on the tray. It caramelizes while the chicken cooks. The glaze/batter is mixed to taste. Good luck.
I would suggest low carb , seeing as you are already baking bread --
Grilled Salmon , served sitting on Lemon , small amount of sides , no carb sides , grilled to perfection , maybe the sides are a delightful fresh salad with no oil.
Sodium and cracked pepper.
It’s hot out, so I’d say try a chicken Caesar salad with your bread on the side and a small plate with oil Parmesan and Italian spices to dip it in. You’ll need some kalamata olives to do it right
Make my favorite German meal
Wienerschnitzel or Holsteiner
It's a lightly breaded pan fried veal cutlet, garnished with capers, lemon and anchovies, served with spaetzle, red & white cabbageTop it with a fried egg and call it Holsteiner
Here is what Spaetzle is (I figure many don't know German food)
Make a miniature Thanksgiving dinner, stuffing, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes and gravy but with Cornish Hens.
or, since you’re making bread. Make some of the bread into bread bowls and serve soup in them.
Depends on what ingredients you have available. But my suggestion is Beef Wellington
That's really something you should figure out for yourself like the rest of us have to. I'm going to have the spiciest homemade crispy chicken, with 2x Spicy samyang fire noodles, topped with egg and some kimchi.
If you haven't gone to the store yet, get pork chops and pan fry them with cranberry sauce and onion. If you do a potato and green beans on the side, it'll be a simple yet yummy dinner
I would eat the whole loaf of bread for dinner. But maybe an oven stuffer roaster with roasted potatoes and corn on the cob.

Why don’t you make a homemade beef stew everything pure fresh vegetables and beef with the other stuff
how about escargot?
Just had steak last night. But I sure could eat a very tangy Key lime pie! One that bites back.
Your favorite food that you haven't made in a long time
BBQ chicken drum sticks, corn, white or Spanish rice with homemade lemonade
Make some "San Francisco stylel" hard-crust sourdough bread and a stew.
If you are looking for a challenge and you have the time, Beef Wellington.
Beef wellington
Gnocchi with Alfredo sauce!
Potato chips on white bread with mayonnaise
Spaghetti with chicken pesto or curry sauce.
