My dinners are basic. I eat what I like, and what I can easily prepare: a protein, normally chicken or pork, a vegetable, typically green beans, and a simple salad.
I made a New Year's resolution to eliminate starches from my meals and have, so far, managed to do it. It is hard, because I really like rice.

Depends on my day and my mood. When I'm by my self I'm very much a meat and potatoes guy, when my wife is around I try to make things more interesting.
Some sort of variation of chicken and rice. Usually with avocado.

Usually pretty simple m, living by myself and working a lot isn’t much incentive to be fancy. Usually a big pot of pasta, chilli or something like that to last for a couple days
