I mean alcohol is pretty ancient so of course that’d have to be popular and coke was the first real soft drink and gained a lot of popularity with its advertising and additives. Coffee and juice though 🤔 I don't know..

Semi popular. When I go out to eat all i see anyone drink is soda. I dont know what they drink at home.

Yes it is healtht. I have a vitamin and mineral fusion I add to my water sometimes. Pure water can dehydrate you of vitamins and minerals.

Yes it is. I use both Vitamin and Mineral Fusion and BTT 2.5. I'll add a quarter of a serving/scoop if I remember to, cause it is expensive. And it keeps me hydrated. The BTT2.5 has probiotics, prebiotics, antioxidants and whole foods too.
