@litty I don’t do protein schmotein. I know that fruits have animo acids that make the protein. Fruitarian is the simplest lifestyle, apart from breatharian and liquidarian. When one eats cooked foods, the system is different from a fruitarian’s system and requires more protein that it will shit out nevertheless.
