Trending & News Awww, this is difficult one, I’ve got to favourite home cooked meals. My first is a traditional roast dinner either Beef, Chicken, Turkey or Lamb. Served with roast potatoes cooked in goose fat, parsnips cooked in goose fat and glazed with honey and brown sugar. A selection of vegetables including broccoli, carrots, sprouts, green bean and garden peas. With additions like stuffing and Yorkshire pudding and lashings of thick gravy.
My other favourite home cooked meal is a simple dish of Sausages, baked beans and chips with loads of tomato ketchup.

Tough choice. I like to bake boneless, skinless chicken with taters, carrots, some onion, herbs and spices, sometimes a little broccoli, and other veggies that sound nice, all in one pan.
Then there's the fatty burger. The pattie has BBQ sauce, tiny blocks of cheese, bacon bits, and an egg mixed in as well as any herbs you want. Make the pattie thick and slow grill it. Put some cheese on at the end so it melts. Do other sauces like teriyaki instead and put a pineapple on the burger when it's almost done cooking.
One of my favorites is Homemade brunswick stew
Lasagna. Absolute favorite!

A prime rib roast dinner with potatoes, onions, carrots and parsnips roasted around the roast. Then a delicious gravy that is made from the meat and veggie drippings. Finished off with fresh yorkshire pudding otherwise known as popovers.
So it’s not really a go to although we used to do it EVRY time we had tacos as a family. Which was a lot… but the fallowing morning my mom would always make what we called amigas. Basically just wrapping the shells in to pieces and then frying them and throwing in the left over meat and some eggs and maybe some extra stuff for flavor or for an added effect. And then she would dump cheese over that and stir it around and oh my gosh!!! So good!
Maggi! And a local to India, Chapati type food that needs to be roasted a bit before consuming. Amazing taste.
