What's your favorite meal to cook at home?

I like to cook pork chops, or chicken. With real mash potatoes. Or just a simple chili in the crockpot.

Currently it's duck breast fried in air fryer because the butcher I visit offers very good tasting duck pieces with fries, sweet garlic yogurt sauce and salad.
But I have appetite for slow cooked beef rolls filled with onions, brine cucumber slices, smoked ham pieces and mustard.

i’m not much of a cook accept for cooking grilled cheese sandwiches on the frying pan with butter, but I do like all kinds of fancy gourmet meals, and spicy foods But I can grill steaks and smoked barbecue ribs just not inside kind of cooking
