The other day I made pasta with not your mother's tomato sauce (the garlic one) and tossed in a little Hungarian paprika with bacon that was about to go bad.
Bacon tasted fine but I spent that night on the toilet posting on here. So my nose may have been off that day.

Everything I can fry, because I fry things in a frying pan. Yes, it smells because it's frying, so what? I can open the window, usually 😆
Ummm since I cook not to cook but to eat something I like then... It's gonna be either fake bolognese involving stuff I fancy at the moment OR the super efficient beef + potatoes, which is not really cooking in that case, it's just dropping things in a pan really.
I believe I can fry !

My favorite dish to make might be menemen. The fact that it is simple yet delicious is what draws me to it. The fresh smell of tomatoes, the slight spiciness of peppers, and the creamy texture of eggs combined make the flavors that emerge each time a completely different pleasure. The best part of menemen is that you can add whatever you want to it. Sometimes I put sucuk, sometimes a lot of cheese. And when I eat it with fresh bread, it truly gives me an indescribable happiness. Every time, I get excited as if it is the first time I make it.

I'm a simple guy who loves Italian food. When I was younger a neighbor Italian-American family declared me an honorary Italian.
Pasta and sauce is my favorite thing to cook. It's easy to do, and tastes delicious.

I don't have a single favorite, but these are some of the ones on my short list.
- Pasta alla vodka (scratch sauce)
- Red wine braised short ribs
- Osso buco
- Coq au Vin
- Brisket or spare ribs on the smoker
- Sous vide ribeye finished over super hot charcoal
- Cilbir
Okay, now I'm hungry.

Spaghetti bolognaise or a really nice curry, not from a recipe but just what I fancy in it.

Microwave burritos.
Three minutes in the microwave, turn them over at 1:30, and BOOM, you're done.
And cleanup is easy too. Just throw away the paper plate.

Hmm, lots of favorites, but if I had to choose one it would probably be grilled fish like mahi mahi or swordfish with a good sauce, of which I have a few I like to make.

I'm sure instant noodles do not count as cooking lol
- 23 d
You cook them in the microwave don’t you?
- 23 d
That's because cooking has two meanings lol. It means heating food and/or preparing food in order to eat it. So when you cook instant noodles you're right about one meaning, and wrong about another one 😅
