As for me I love Stuffed Peppers & I always make six of them & share them with my neighbors & my neighbors turn around & send me ribs, brownies & more.

I also make Stuffed Lobster Tails & I’m still experimenting with them as well.

On the left are smashed potato’s & on the right are zucchini fries & after the zucchini fries come out of the oven they usually don’t last long. Yummy.

My baked pork chops are yummy & come to think of it I think I’ll make them this weekend.

I love Chicken Parmesan however It’s something I have to really work on.
In addition I also enjoy making lasagna, spaghetti lasagna, salmon wellington & more.
Enjoy! Static~
Thanks for the MHO’s! @softhoney
For a meal: Dutched cocoa and espresso rubbed beef tenderloin, twice baked stuffed lobster, homestyle garlic parmesan fries with a wasabi aioli, a salad of heirloom tomatoes with peppery mini greens and mustard vinaigrette, and Owari satsuma baked in strawberry champagne sabayon.
For a fast "I don't want to cook tonight" meal: baked chicken parmesan
For a good plan ahead and have leftovers: homemade pizza from long fermented poolish
In the colder months a good chili goes a long way too.
I can't choose one!
Love the following because they're easy to prepare, delicious and healthy:
1. Muesli (no added sugar, jaggery, honey etc., my favourite breakfast;love the natural sweetness of fruits in the morning!)

2. Chicken curry (my darling Henry Cavill also loves it 😌)

3. Spinach and corn curry

4. Smoothies, my favourite being banana and peanut butter smoothie or green smoothies (I like to skip sugar and add fruits, almond milk, nut butters etc;another good breakfast option)
Thanks for the MHO!
I have a few. I love cooking!

My signature dish is jambalaya from scratch. It’s one of the first things I learned to cook and people always say how good it is. I made some for a big get of friends thinking I made too much and within 45 minutes it was gone! They said it was the best jambalaya they had ever had!
Is baking still cooking? But yeah. I like to bake cakes and cookies.

Lasagna alla Bolognese with buffalo mozzarella, nutmeg bechamel sauce and Swiss Emmental cheese on the top.
Stir fry (Mexican or Oriental). Any type of Italian pasta with tomato sauce, meat sauce, Alfredo sauce. Bacon and eggs. Waffles. BBQ chicken. Homemade biscuits and country gravy. I just like to cook. Probably couldn't do it as a job, I'd likely learn to hate it then.

Spiced chocolate cake with dark chocolate glaze.
Mine would have to be mac & cheese and grilled cheeses. Anything else and it is baking cupcakes, brownies, blondies, and cookies.
Lasagna among others, i am also proud of my Chili Sin Carne, but i rarely cook it, as my girlfriend can't stand the spicyness.
I make a mushroom sauce over beef that is to die for
Manicotti. It takes all day to make from scratch. It's an Italian dish.
Steak homie! Medium rare over my grill with mesquite wood and slathers of bbq sauce towards the end to caramelize and form a fantastic sear :) Porterhouse is by far my favorite cut.
